Seize Guilded Treasures – Subscription Rules & Terms

To ensure fairness, transparency, and sustainability of the Seize Guilded Treasures community, please review and adhere to the following subscription rules:

1. Age Requirement

• All subscribers and participants must be 10 years of age or older.
  
  

• Players under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
  
  

2. Subscription Purpose

• Subscriptions support ongoing events, tournament operations, prize pools, and development of the Seize Guilded Treasures community.
  
  

3. Subscription Fee Allocation

Each subscription fee is distributed as follows:

• 70% – Allocated to cash prizing for tournaments and official events.
  
  

• 20% – Used for awards, trophies, promotional items, and exclusive in-game rewards.
  
  

• 10% – Reserved for business upkeep, including event logistics, staff support, and platform maintenance.
  
  

4. No Refunds Policy

• All subscriptions are final and non-refundable once processed, unless required by applicable law.
  
  

5. Event Participation Eligibility

• Only active subscribers are eligible to enter official tournaments, claim rewards, and receive ranked placement.
  
  

6. Account Sharing Prohibited

• Each subscription is tied to one individual. Sharing or transferring accounts is not allowed and may result in disqualification.
  
  

7. Code of Conduct

• All players must adhere to the community Code of Conduct, including fair play, respectful communication, and good sportsmanship.
  
  

8. Changes to Terms

• Subscription terms may be updated periodically. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
  
  

9. Violation of Rules

• Any attempt to abuse the subscription system or prize structure may result in suspension or permanent ban from events.
  
  

10. Legal Compliance

• Subscribers must comply with local laws and regulations regarding contests, age restrictions, and financial contributions.
